All lashes durable, hypoallergenic, lightweight, and soft. Our lashes are made with 100% real Siberian mink hairs, giving you a more vibrant and high-quality look. Each pair is sterilized, sanitized, and harvested cruelty free for safe use. The lightweight and flexible nature allows for long use and minimal stress on natural lashes. A thin cotton band binds the hairs giving you a natural look when installed. Please Note: All lashes are handcrafted. Therefore, lashes will not always be 100% symmetrical.
All of our premium handcrafted mink lashes can be worn much longer than your typical local beauty supply lash. General use will yield up to 25-30 wears with the proper care. Be gentle with them as they are handmade.
1.) To optimize the longevity of your beautiful handcrafted lashes, take your time when removing them. Avoid pulling or tugging on the lashes themselves (you should treat them as gently as you would treat your natural lashes.) Grip the band, while being careful not to pinch any of your own lashes, and slowly pull it away from your eye. 2.) Keep lashes away from water, heat, and remove before sleeping. 3.) It’s best to carefully remove any excess glue on the lash band with a tweezer or fingers after every use. 4.) To maintain the full and beautiful nature of your premium mink lashes, please keep mascara away from them. 5.) Always store lashes in the original lash tray. This will help maintain the natural shape and protect the lashes from any dust and bacteria. 6.) Now, they are all ready and fabulous for the next use!!
No. When false eyelashes are applied correctly with the proper adhesive and removed gently, they will not affect your natural eyelashes. In fact, natural lashes have been shown to be healthier from wearing false eyelashes because it replaces the tension caused by mascara or curling. False eyelashes are much safer and harmless compared to mascara and eyelash extensions, which will cause breakage to your real lashes.
To ensure your lashes fit your eye properly, first measure your eye to decide if trimming is necessary. If you try them on and they’re not comfortable, gently remove and trim from the outside. This is to maintain the shape of the eyelash and that the inner corners stay soft and tapered to the shape of your eye.
Twinsetter Cosmetics is and will remain a cruelty-free/paraben free company. We do not test our products on animals nor do we allow suppliers or affiliates to conduct testing on our behalf.
We recommend avoiding the use of mascara directly onto the lash as it may take away the 3D effect, ruin the lash pattern, and decrease the longevity of the lashes.
We recommend our Hypoallergenic “Duplexity” Lash Glue or our 2-in-1 Eyeliner + Lash adhesive. Both products are waterproof, long lasting, quick dry, and works with ANY cotton band lashes.
All orders process within 1-2 business days. Shipping takes 5-7 business days. (9-12 business days during high volume times- All orders have a pre-shipment tracking label, once the package is picked up by the courier, it may take up to 48 hours to fully update.

Once your order is shipped you will get a USPS tracking number via email.
All purchases are a final sale. Twinsetter will begin to process your order immediately after it has been submitted and we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed.
Twinsetter Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to the address you provided and you have not received it, you must personally contact USPS. Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim directly to USPS 1.800.275.8777
If an incorrect address is input at checkout and your package has been sent out, you will need to contact USPS directly to change your address. If your package is returned to us, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges associated with reshipping your order.
Once the package leaves our facility and it is with the mail carrier, we are no longer responsible or liable for lost or damages orders. We will be unable to answer questions about delays and/or lost packages. We are not liable for any shipping costs associated with returned orders as a result of an address entered incorrectly by the customer.
By placing your order, you acknowledge that you have read our policy and that Twinsetter Cosmetics will not be held responsible for delayed packages or delivery issued by USPS.
NOTE: Any false claims of you not receiving your package or any items in your order will result in you paying all legal fees, and the owner pain and suffering. All orders will need a signature upon delivery.
